Story

A harsh, intimidating ruler of an undercity, Vulcanus is feared for his cold temper but credited with keeping his city orderly and crime-free.

He is a skilled commander and heavy-crossbow expert who has customized his own weapon to pierce even heavily armored foes.

His people settled Thaleira near the Forbidden Zone, and Vulcanus believes the ruins may hide power that could help humanity survive the frozen world.

He treats Rufus as an honored guest after his mysterious survival in the Forbidden Zone, and later fights alongside him against Phaethon’s assault.
